Just out of curiosity, what kind of stuff you can get delivered within 3 hours if you order online or on the phone? In Buenos Aires I can get:

- Supermarket groceries, meat, poultry, cans, sodas, beer, wine, liquor, tv, dvd p[layer, computers
- Pizza, chicken, pasta, chinese, sushi, McDonalds, Burger King, bbq and any kind of home style cooked meals.
- Pharmacy stuff over the counter and prescriptions
- hookers
- Pastries and cakes
- Movies
- printer cartridges, blank cds, dvds
- Ice cream
- Cigarretes
