What kind of fraud protection do you guys with your own merchant accounts have in place?

I use netbilling and use their fraud prevention.
I also try to review the signups as they come in, take a quick glance at name/address and it if looks funny then check it closer.
a quick glance does ot catch everyone, but you can catch the idiots who use 123 main street or john doe or some stupid stuff.
