Looks like a local problem for this guy since it was the first hop (his local router/gateway) that had the time out and the rest did ok.

tracert.com allows you to do trace routes from around the world. So if you have problems again, you check it out quickly yourelf. Don't mind giving ya a hand though. Sometimes the human element adds more info, like the Q about a broken link.

I didn't find a broken link on the site using IE 6. Nice looking models and excellent photo work Paul. You knew that.

Like they said your ip could be blocked or maybe you made some general block for CZ visitors?

Tell the affiliate to do a trace route and send you the results as well.

I'm looking into that. Got a better method of blocking CZ browsres and keyboards. Most clever guys can go via a proxy, but the clever ones still have Czech browsers and keyboards.
