Who has dual monitor
 

but constantly finds themself minizing and maximizing on one instead of taking advantage of both

I do..
but I use a TV as my second monitor.

I have a dual monitor. I ussualy have 1 firefox open with some tabs at the left side. And in front of me what i'm actually doing. Works pretty fine here.

I added a second about a month ago and I still find mself working on just one...

All of my ICQ/MSN lives on the second monitor at all times, and I tend to stretch out my video / photo software to use both monitors...

If I still worked with video I'd definately use two for output and timeline etc. nowadays i dont know what to put in it ...

I have dual monitors, and 12 virtual screens. Right side has IM and some monitoring scripts and stuff that I need to access immediately or documentation of some arcane bit of code apocrypha, left side has whatever code I'm working on, or mail, or browser or whatever depending on which virtual screen I'm on.

I'm seriously considering getting a third, and perhaps a little metal framework so I can hang them above the desk and not use the foot-stands.

workoholic so need to watch all the time.

Dual monitors kick ass. Email and IMs on one side and Firefox on the other.

what type of video cards are you using?

Matrox G200 MMS Quad + one VGA on board

Dual monitors and Matrox G450 card. Kicks ass and takes names.

Same set up here on Matrox G400.

i manage to utilize them both

my editing rig has two monitors I love it . My online computer has one computer

I have dual Dell 24" Widescreen LCD's side by side hooked to separate towers.

I use my Left one for my email and Icq windows ... and the right for everything else ... i like them for when i have 10 icq's going and i can spread them out a bit ...

I use my right side for Messaging, email, and coding, and my left side for whatever im workin on at the monent

I am only using one and it's what I could handle so far. ;)

I have a dual monitor and I use them both equally...

using two on pc and then i still got one but that one is connected to another pc, Last one is mainly for converting video's and uploading stuff. I do got both pc's connected with a firewire cable. Pretty cool i have to say.

I make full use of the dual monitor setup. I couldnt imagine having to go without it anymore.

Photoshop TOOLS in right, as well as iTunes and Trillian :thumbsup

Same RADEON 7000 card I bought new in 98!

I have only one monitor and it's the one i'm using :)
