i have had 0 complaints. until I do, I then take action. I dont even know this guys ID, but if the complainer wishes to email us the complaint, id be more than happy to handle this matter privately. not on gfy.

This dude sends alot of unsolicited mail for alot of programs.

True , but unless the guy just altered the subject line , it clearly doesn't conform to spam laws. (i.e. adult content no warning )

Obviously anything could be forged on a forum , so you would need a copy of the original email and headers, but its seems like you could have asked him to send the original email to you. :2 cents:

I dont see a problem with notifying the sender that the email is adult content..

Sure it wont pass some filters , but thats what they are there for.

If people continue to abuse the email , it will end and the legit people will be left in the dark ( if there are any :) )

Mailers have a job just like any other job, but theres a way to do it right , and a wrong way to do it.

with todays mail laws and shit, im more than aware of the problems they can cause.. look at bangbros.. they sold all the afifliates out AND got fined 650k...

anyoone who mailes for epiccash and gets complaints and is not complioant gets terminated....

Think a ton of sposnors just turn their head the other way until it's in their face and then deal with it. In the mean time they gladly pay for the conversions and collect the cash. And should the offender come back with a different IP and name, well how are they to know.

ANYONE can read what Trey was posting up till about 8/6/05 with this GFY name and what is being posted now. This also happens the same time that Jim takes over, Media leaves, and Trey " retires". There is no way in the world this is Trey posting now. They wont admit it, just use your common sense it is easy to see.
