Thank you for logging in, admin. (Vbulletin Error)

Hello.

I'm currently having a error with Vbulletin. It wont let me enter the admin area.

After entering the password it shows the following message:

--------------------

Thank you for logging in, admin.

Click here if your browser does not automatically redirect you.

--------------------

Then redicts right back to the login page. Does anyknow know how to fix this. I believe you can somewhere edit the admin rights in the .php files of admincp

Anyone know how this work

ICQ# 348847818 ( or post it here )

Any help appreciated.

if you have your cookies set then what has worked for others in this case is to use one of the alternate domains www.gfy.com or www.gfyboard.com if you do not have cookies enabled enable them and that should fix the problem

It's not for gfy. I can login fine here. I'm talking about a other board which also runs on Vbulletin but it wont let me enter the admin area for some strange reason. And I have cookies enabled.

Is this on a new install or upgrade? Or is it something that just happened?

It just happened.

It has happened to me too, thought that was phpbb. I cleared all files and cookies, restarted the browser and that helped.
Otherwise it could be a SQL session error, you can repair it in with the MySQL query, then clear cookies and login again.

Hmmm... sounds like a database problem then. Can you view the user table using phpMyAdmin or the MySQL administrator tool. May be a corrupted record there.

:Oh crap

Clear all your cookies and Cache and try again after clsoing and restarting your browser I have had that happen in VB
