Any one using Big Hipo?
 

I've been thinking about using them, but I haven't heard anything about them here on the board, so I was wondering if anyone uses and has input about them.

Also, I sent them an email asking them a question and never heard from them. Kind of scary to give my credit card number to a company that doesn't answer their emails.

we have been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks as well ... if anyone has a more reliable way to contact them plz let me know ... the service looks great but so far the support doesn't :(
