All affiliate programs should start doing background checks.
 

Every other day i hear about fools carding, ripping off aff programs. Your affil managers need to start calling the #'s listed, cross checking the SS#'s with a tax program to see year of birth etc.

Then you leave yourself far less likely to fraud. Instant activation is a joke.

no actually its pretty simple for u.s. webmasters, a database can be setup to cross reference their ss# with their birthdate instantly

thats just one step

of course there are other ways to spot criminals in other countries

Feel free to cross reference my non-existant SS# with anything you want.... chances are you won't find me in any US tax programs.

they typically steal everything but birthdates...you ever seen a birthdate drop down box on a phishing page?

plus i'd cross check their phone # area code with the state they supposedly live in, & give them a call to check it out even more
