14.5 thousand per year in local and school taxes.

and

$350 per month in home owners association fees.

and the $350 per month isn't even tax deductable :mad:

When I bought my house I was approved for 4 times what I paid for it. I wanted to make sure I could still waitress at the Waffle House and make the payments. :)
