I need advice, is this a scam?
 

Someone I know is trying to push mainstream sponsors, and he asked me about this: www.clubcaebiz.com
It looks like a scam to me, I've never seen a sponsor where you need to pay a monthly fee to promote it.
I did a search on google and it looks very popular in Spain and Latin America.
I just want to hear your opinions if you know about this site.
Btw, if you have mainstream sponsors, post here pls.
