They are not confusing scene with seen, because they spell it "sceen" everytime. They just don't know how to spell the word.

if its an obvious mistake that is repeated constantly, then it'll bug me, but otherwise i ignore it.

There's a BIG difference between a typo and a recurring spelling mistake. Whilst all you poor spellers go on about the message being important and the spelling mistake police being uptight, you forget about the OTHER message spelling mistakes conveys - one of being young, inexperienced or uneducated. Not a good thing when most people here are pushing stuff in their sigs and relying on their reputation. Almost like "14 y/o chatting wiv ur m8's."

Yesterday must have been a bad day for "disgusting" i noticed it several times in someone else's post entirely.

Playing games online I see this constantly and it drives me nuts.

I even encountered Fiching instead of Fishing on other board. Good thing it wasn't on this board.
