i have a nice project in mind and need someone reliable with a good reputation and some finished projects as samples. and it would be better he had no family or friends that could die, cars or bikes he could have accidents with or anything else of those bullshit excuses that are used when someone is just lazy or took more projects as he is able to complete.

i made a paper with my requirements - i just require to stay in the time and budget me and the programmer agree on after discussing the project. if he's interested he can contact me and i send him the paper :)

Web design has little to nothing to do with web programming languages. Designing is visual, programming is logical... just because a person has one talent, doesn't automatically mean they have the other.

For the record, most programmers I know have simple or crappy web pages... and programming is one skill that you don't need a degree in to do and be good at.

i mailed woj, i sent him an icq - no reply. but lots of 50/100 posts. luckily other good programmers with some reputation show more interest :2 cents:
