there's a difference between thinking he did it and proving beyond a reasonable doubt that he's guilty it was a circumstantial case.

Jurors shouldn't be allowed to profit from trials. They should do some time for pulling bullshit like this.

i think the bigger problem arises when jurors have an economic interest in the process, as tends to happen with high profile cases.

this is complete bullshit - the juror knew what he was doing and went along with the decision. Now he is covering his ass by attempting to say he was forced to make vote - not guilty. NO ONE can force a juror to say anything, especially the foreman. Hes is only looking to sell his book hoping that people will see him as a victim. This guy needs to be taken to court and charged with making a joke of the legal system.

Exactly. I have watched many trials on CourtTV where I thought someone was likely guilty but agreed with the jury's "not guilty" verdict based on the case put in front of them. Could you imagine if anyone could be put in jail for things that someone merely thinks they did?:eek7

Actually, they can be charged for misconduct. I don't remember the details, but something about one of the jurors (the old hag, I think) bringing a book or journal into the court and a video? I wasn't paying enough attention, but it looks like there were a few questionable things the jurors were doing that are indictable.

But the 2 writing books should be ashamed and if they have any family and friends, those people should slap them in the head to knock some sense into them. Indirectly, they are profiting on a molested child and defamming a man who was found not guilty - again, you can't get much lower than that.

O.J. was guilty too, but money talks ...
