I've seen $10 templates better than that.

pretty arty then again hurts my eyes

The top header doesn't look so hot. Very over-compressed looking.

I can't really figure out what is behind your logo in the header... Looks like your gif was corrupted while uploading :Oh crap

asking for constructive criticism on gfy is like asking a catholic priest to recommend the best place to get an abortion.

1. easy on the eyes 2. makes your site stand out from the ten-gazillion tgps/mgp's out there, so that your visitors will have a photographic image of your site and its template and associate your domain name with it(therefore you should also create a logo that is UNIQUE, not just warped text)! 3. looks professional(you will get it, just remember these: SIMPLE, CLEAN, HAVE A THEME(have the colors/background/logo create "ONE PIECE OF WORK"), EASY ON THE EYES, UNIQUE LOGO keep it NICE and CLEAN. Not to break your balls, trying to help. Also, somehow the thumbs don't seem to 'stand apart' from each other. maybe they could be a tiny bit bigger? or try to produce better quality thumbs(thats probably the problem. i suppose you didnt make them manually, did you? good luck. --- Kay |
It's not a bad first effort. Most new Photoshop users feel compelled to use every filter in the library. Remember, if there is no point to the effect or it doesn't help make a statement (compliment the design) ... don't use it!
