EPass are a fucking nightmare... I called them and the girl was fucking braindead. A complete moron.

Epass have over all made my life easier, but really they need to sort the morons they have in customer support out. This girl didnt have a clue, after 10 mins on the phone Im not even sure she knew what EpassPorte is.
