I'm on a diet....i'll eat a big lunch then call it a day. They do say you need carbs in the morning to function properly, but i say its a crock of shit.

Coffee , a fatty and 3 smokes.

No, It´s green tea I suppose. Once I tried a cup of some green tea my Japaneese friend made. It was great :thumbsup
