When its a nobody or small program not paying for the work they have done everyone jumps in the thread giving them some heat.
When its a well known name scamming people don't seem to have a problem with it.

Some people reviewed thumbs like crazy for MadThumbs so he could meet the 2257 requirements and they still haven't heard anything from him a month later.
