Wasn't yesterday the day when 2557 case went to court?

I was wondering why I don't see any updates on the 2557 case. Wasn't it in court yesterday?

I think it was handed off to the judge on Aug 3rd and everyone is still waiting on his response.

I thought it was actually the 8th, but I have not seen anything in the press about it.

they moved it to the 2nd. now it's up to the judge..everyone is waiting..looks pretty good from teh transcripts

The Court moved the date up, it was not our's or DOJ's doing.
