Translator 08-09-2005 01:41 AM

I am excited about this ,
I hope everything s gonna be ok with them !

OzMan 08-09-2005 01:45 AM

Florida looking good

Final GO or NO GO will be at 4:17AM CDT in about 35 minutes from now

If GO it is due to land at Kennedy at 5:43AM CDT

OzMan 08-09-2005 02:18 AM

Space Shuttle Discovery will not land at Kennedy Space Center today. Rain showers off the coast make an East Coast landing hazardous for the orbiter.

Focus now turns to three landing opportunities in the western United States, two at Edwards Air Force Base in California and one at White Sands Space Harbor in New Mexico.

The next landing opportunity is at 8:12 a.m. EDT at Edwards. If that option is chosen, the crew will perform a three-minute engine burn at 7:06 that will deorbit Discovery and put it on track to land in California

Shit, 3 more hours now at least :Oh crap
