listen im watching E now on tv right.. well its a girls gone wild infomercial.. this fucker knows how to market! im telling you i need to talk to this guy lol.. what do you think about his empire???

Well the content is free unless they have some of your own girls to spice it up a little.. As long as there are still Mardi gras and carnavel type things that girls go wild, excuse the pun, then you are going to continue to get this free content and have fun during the tapings..

I remember awhile back someone that was actually one one of the tapes tried to sue the makers of the video but she lost because its not illegal to tape things in public places and the girls are taking thier shirts off on thier own will so, at least in this case I heard about, the girls that get put in the tape have nothing they can do...

So to all the ladys out there keep pulling off those shirts so all the guys who only have 9.99 for some porn can get thiers and be able to lead porn filled lives...

Looks like most of the people around tonight are sick of Girls Gone Wild by now.. Even though the comercial is on 24 hours a day and on a whole bunch of channels plus all over the net I still dont get sick of the whole Girls Gone Wild theme..

I ordered the DVDs last year.

Once you place an order you are enrolled in a auto ship program until you cancel. I knew this going in so it was not a surprise.

The hard part was getting them to cancel the account. It took almost six months to get them to stop shipping me DVDs.

I thought for a while that Seth W. from IEG was running the place.

I had to cancel the credit card, apply for a charge back, report them to the Attorney General for Washington state and California before it was all over.

Whoever is running it must have some Bling Bling.

I saw all of those vidoes they rock!

When it is just people walking down the street pulling up thier shirts it is free.. but like when I said they might bring some of thier own girls to spice it up then that is more the the sorority girls one that came with the mardi gras one.

I dont claim to excactly know how it all goes on because they might have some of thier girls walking around too and then just use all the free filler from all the people that are just partying and they made the tape..

Then when I got the next tape a month later, all I did was call them on phone, and they not only cancelled me from the monthly recurring, but they actually credited me back the 2nd month that I didnt want, and let me keep the tapes. So I actually got 2 tapes for 9.99, they were very easy to deal with. At least for me they were.

i wish the igia ab people were that cordial, i ordered that shit before the new year, i have changed addresses and now i cant find their fucking phone number.... you'd have thought they would get the bounced package and send it to the new address... oh well, going to igia.com now, but either way i dont trust mail order shit!!

They were real easy to deal with once the California Attorney General sent them a letter. Of couse they denied that I ever tried to cancel. You can fill out your complaint with the AG online.

I have some of the same contests in their entirety on video in my members area that Girls Gone Wild sells on their infomercials! I have shot right next to their video people and MTV's video people many a time.

Just videotaping the scenes alongside them doesn't mean you know what happends behind their office doors.

I'm often asked to do outdoor content, either in a remote place or a public place, and once I explain that it will cost a lot more or may result in fewer photos for the dollar, the shoot is quickly moved back indoors into a more controlled location.

Also, as far as flashing photos, which may be illegal to do in many locations, as soon as I ask "Will you put in writing that you'll indemnify me as to legal and related costs (lost work time, etc.) related to being caught?" the conversation usually moves back indoors as well.

Anything you record in public is considered a documentary wether it's porn related or not.

Like this one time when this girl was taking the bus home from school and she gave me head on the bus and i let my friend video tape it.......perfectly legal.

Both for him and me. Well, more legal for him to tape it, but who gives a fuck!!

Those infomercials are always on during commercial time in the Jerry Springer show. I don't watch Springer, but I do watch the infomercials.

I agree with you, this type of stuff is more difficult to shoot, more time consuming, and probably more expensive. We started out back in '97 with a video called "Boobs & Tubes on the Salt River". Man, what a long summer, and the editing, man what a bitch!

George, the leader of Girls Gone Wild states in this article to keep in my mind these girls are not being payed to be videotaped.....He has a group of willing female participants who follow him to these different events and as they get wild it draws other girls into the mix to compete with each other.......

Joe Francis heads Girls Gone Wild, George Martin does similar style work and sells it (like content) to GGW.
Saying that not a single girl from the video footage is paid is an advertising ploy. So funny that people in this industry actually buy into the sales pitch.

Yes you are correct in the fact that SOMETIMES they enter their own girls etc......in contests and skits and such. But not very often. Most of the girls are up there flashing on their own free will to thousands of people wide open in public. Thats what this is about. We are documenting a public event, Not staging stuff. I personally know for a fact that I am correct. How I know. Well my video man and good friend has videos in the Girls Gone wild series. His sold his videos to a major video producer wich then in turn sold his footage to GGW. Thats all in the past now and needless to say my friend ended up getting the raw end of the deal with that venture so now a few years later here hee is on my team now and we plan to do things right. Paying models to help coherse others is not right in my book. We are simply there to document the public events of the day. Stay tuned for some of the best Bike Week and Spring BreaK footage on the planet.

PS: We also do regular model shoots with public nudity and such as well with regular paid models. This is a totally different niche, please don't confuse the two.
