Good Control panel (CPanel or something better)

I want Spyware on 404 pages and aggressive dialers for non-English traffic.

it's going to be a legit competitive free host.. no dialers etc..

no ASP either, and we're going to limit MYSQL to 1 per account.

Features noted.. keep them coming.

You should probably keep an eye on the queries the individual users are executing. A badly designed database here, a poorly set up index there and before you know it your MySQL CPU usage is sky high.

I would prefer a unix shell if possible. I come from a unix background, so using notepad or any other retarded IDE sucks the major ass ...
