epassporte support is horrible
just thought id share that...
sent my wire to setup a business account which was suppose to be online wednesday last week... cant get them by phone or email |
Yup, I've encountered better.. I have an issue going on with them now which I hope they'll solve. We'll see.
However, I have a personal account that has been working for years without a single glitch. I love the service, but they really ought to get more support people. |
Strange... I have never failed to get someone on the phone within a few minutes and never hung up without my problem being corrected first call.
I have heard some horror stories from others, but for me, the service has always been excellent. |
