epassporte support is horrible
 
just thought id share that...

sent my wire to setup a business account which was suppose to be online wednesday last week...

cant get them by phone or email

Yup, I've encountered better.. I have an issue going on with them now which I hope they'll solve. We'll see.

However, I have a personal account that has been working for years without a single glitch. I love the service, but they really ought to get more support people.

Strange... I have never failed to get someone on the phone within a few minutes and never hung up without my problem being corrected first call.

I have heard some horror stories from others, but for me, the service has always been excellent.

You managed to get that far?
I send all signed papers 1 year ago and hope to receive the details to finish the setup any day now. :thumbsup
Offcourse I tried to resubmit the application, and also tried to e-mail support (and got a answer that I should use my epassporte E-mail), and the phone is not being answered.
I think it will be faster and less problems just to issue my own cards to my webmasters :1orglaugh

I thought it was just something personal against me when they did the same to me :1orglaugh Then my partner tried again one year later or so and he was lucky so now we've an epassporte account which we needed for some traffic broker or something. Happily we didn't need to contact their so called "support" again, hoe we never need to :thumbsup
