WORST affiliate customer service response ever (AFF)
 

So I write this to Adult Friend Finder:

We are one of your new affiliates. I would like to throw you in our members area as an upsell, and our our exit chain. I would be needing creatives from you guys to accomplish that.

Let me know if you guys have an interest in doing that for me. I understand if you don't as we also have a ton of affiliates and they are always in need of something. :)

I'm sorry that you recieived that response. That clearly was not the correct response to your e-mail. I'm in Florida still from Internext but I will give you a call tomorrow and get you the creatives that you need. Again I appologize for that response sent to you.

They send the emails to a room with a monkey strapped to a chair, they have a set of large buttons in front of him with preprogrammed email responses.

And sagi makes a remarkeable save...

I've also had bad experiences with their customer support. If there is one thing I cant stand, it is when customer support responds without even addressing the issues in your email. It is as if they just read the first sentence and then reply.

I just don't, and never will, understand why you would choose to use a post-bot email program (if that is indeed what they are doing) to respond to their affiliates.

It doesn't make sense. It's like the idiots that dont read a 2 page thread here before posting to a comment.

I always have GREAT customer service/affiliate support from AFF through ICQ ...

Very friendly, and always address and problems right away!!
