Paycom password issue ????
 

I migrated one of my paysites to a new box ...
The DNS resolves to the new box. When I use " add password " in paycom client tools , it adds it to the new box.
But when a client signs up for a membership, it adds it to the OLD box password file ...

Never seen that before. Checked the cgi script, but nothing is based on IP, so ????

Any idea ????

send an email to them asking to update your site info with the new password file path.

You need to call them and have them update their DB.

But I found that bizarre since i went from Box A to Box B for 2 weeks ( when A hd crashed) then back to box A.

But that is the only explanation. :thumbsup
