Anyone else watch this from time to time as a quilty pleasure? We are having an all evening marathon of it to kill some boredom.

I mean, what is not to like about a game show that over the years has the following injury account:

Broken ribs - 41
Broken jaws- 19
Bruised chin - 312
Bruised shins - 282
Knocked out - 9
Concussion - 35
Winded - 276
Fractured Skul - 2
Black eye - 112
Torn muscles - 62

yeah i love this game show.. is it available on dvds? im not sure if the show are still running. quite fun.

Its on most nights (and right now) on Challenge TV

ohh. didn't knew that. i remember when i was a kid we have a local version of takeshi's castle LOL.

I watch MXC, which is basically a "Mystery Science Theatre"-ish spoof based on Takeshi's Castle. It's amusing in either language. :thumbsup

Yeah I love it lol although I really like wipeout & stepping stones best. It comes on around dinner time so quite often I will sit and watch it with my kids who also enjoy it.

wipeout is the one game I would break my neck on

I have a few hours of MXC on my Tivo.

Rotating Surfboard of Death is all I got to say lol.

The network did some budget cuts, now it's just "MXC"

At least that's how they explained it =0

Only thing worth watching on TV. The creator, Takeshi Kitano, makes some really good movies though. He's like big time director in Japan now. Of course they're not MXC like bash fests though =/

yeah...i used to watch that every night whe i was a kid...well i like the "surprise door"and the funny mascots

i saw almost every episode and i counted about 5 winners

I still have not figured out the bridge ball villians who appear to be mexicans in bolo hats.

im a fanatic of FEAR FACTOR, it somehow livens up me :)
