anybody have any experience with rackshack.net?
 

Thinking about using rackshack.net-their offer seems too good to be true? and with my luck it usually is.
Anbody advise before I part with my hard earned cash?

They are the worst host ever. Bottom line. They gave me a broken server, refused to fix it, then refused to give me refund until i threatened legal action. I lost a lot of traffic. They lied to me numerous times about how and when they were going to fix the problem and just plain refused to do what was necessary to fix it. now im at www.sunlighthosting.com/awi.html

Im doing 300k/day, no problems here.

But be aware that there is no tech support, and ya gotter admin the server yourself, add your own domains and stuff, but thats fairly simple, cause its done with an online interface

They blow im disputing the charge for that piece of shit server with amx right now.

If you want to reconfigure the whole server yourself if you get one of the fucked up ones have fun.

Thier tech support answer to most questions is to reboot the server.

Ive been with them almost a year. Some hiccups, but cant beat the price. No worse than any other host.
