Why do content providers without ids and releases bother to post?

Would anyone here seriously buy content from a provider that doesn't provide ids and releases? I don't get it :error

people who are not in the u.s. doesn't have to comply with 2257 at all - so they don't need i.d.

yeah but their affiliates do and according to park markham they are required to in czech even with plugins. I asked him to show me proof but he hasn't yet. I never heard of this :2 cents:

WHY YOU NEED 2257 DOCUMENTATION WHERE EVER YOU LIVE. Though nothing here is 100%

It shows the model has the IDs and that they exist.
It proves the age of the model.
It proves the name of the model.
It shows her signature which should match the signature on the model release.
It shows the shooter was professional.
If the shooter takes the ID picture at the beginning of the set it shows that set was professional.
The model release should show the name of the shooter, the original copyright holder.

In answer to Mahoneys question, because people post things like Basschick.

Find me one lawyer who aggrees with Basschick and says I'm wrong.

Your argument ends at 2257, mine goes a little further than a stupid innefectual law. I need to know you have the documentation I need to provethe content is legal.

Your word it exists does not cut it with the police, nor does my word for that matter.

some newbs probably don't know any better, they see 200 sets for $100 and they jump right on it...
