Is Kentucky a religious state? and what religion if it is.

It's a great state I plan on retiring there have a bunch of land and I am having a house built in the area. The people are super friendly but I have not been there in a year as I have had to come home to take care of my sick mother I am going back there in a few months though after a quick stopover in Buffalo, NY to rehab a house as a little fun side project.

Actually Louisville is mainly Catholic religiously. I lived there for 10 years and you couldnt swing a choir boy with out hitting a priest accused of molesting a kid Great place to live tho.

I am in Lexington, just a hop skip and a jump away from Louisville. I am originally from Pennsylvania. Been her 5 years now. I like it... I like Lex alot better than Louisville though. And nobody bothers me with their bullshit religions.

I am in Western Ky and they are all mostly Baptist and Church of Christ here, I'd say about an even split.

Don't try and have sex toys shipped into the state, MOST places won't do it. lol

I lived in Mt. Sterling KY for a little while. It's a really nice, quiet place to live and grow up. I'm in Cincinnati Ohio now, 10 minutes away from KY.

I like louisville its a fun town, might have to go back down one weekend to tuck some dollars at the deja vu, fun times in louie..

I am from lexington...and I can safely say that it is the one of the hardest partying places I have ever been

I lived there for over 10+ years, and never noticed it being overly religious....atlanta, where we are now, is WAY more religious

EXACTLY, and I asked Adam and Eve this when I was talking to them about it a few years back. It has something to do with shipping it in. They can't ship it in here because the mail carriers send it to the wrong addy and THAT is when the hell starts. You can buy it already here, you just can't ship it into here.

I called several toy stores at the time, it was for something I was working on, and I didn't find even ONE that would ship porn into this whole state. There are 5 of them... Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas, and I forget the other two, but they will not ship porn into these states for NO amount of money.

I used to go to that one on Winchester Road near downtown. Stopped going about the same time the Traci Lords shit hit the fan. Can still remember the warning signs on the door telling people to get rid of it if they had any, and that they wont sell it anymore. Guy who owned the shop at the time said he loast a shitload of money on stuff he had in stock.

I am from hodenville. Lived there all my life until I graduated HS. Then moved to Lex until I graduated from UK now I am in sunny So Cal. My family still does live there though.

Yeah, I used to have a studio apt on UK campus... that was about a year ago, started my online ventures there. When I was offered to help run a Car Stereo shop here in town... which quickly turned into running it completely by myself. sales installs orders everything. I am staying with my friends dad right now, we are kinda helping each other out at the moment. Sadly since one month ago my new home is a bedroom in his apt. at (dare I say it) Continental Sq.
