chameleon submitter gurus

i want to run a test, and put my recip on all galleries posted, running my recip in upper left, and then having chameleon place the other two to the right in a single line.

i see in step 4 "duplicate" this can be done, but does anyone know the exact html to do this?

i'm hoping i can get a fast answer here.
