Generic Release Forms?
 

Hey guys,

Well we're going to be shooting a (clothed) calendar, as a fund raiser for a local charity. What I am wondering is if anyone happens to have some generic release forms for the models?

It would save us some money as we could just send those to our lawyers instead of getting them setup from scratch.
