Need a gallery builder
 

Do any of you guys do this? Here's what I'm looking for:

The images and gallery templates are supplied. Simply need somebody to generate thumbnails of the images and link them in the galleries so that the thumbnails link to the images.

Is it best to outsource this work? To whom?
