actually i need help again..

is there a way i can embed the sound onto each poage of a site without moving to another page triggering it to start fromt he beginning again?

create frames and put the sound in one that doesn't change

this site is already built, and this sound is an addition to it. im not redesigning it completely . im thinking a popup with the embedded sounds, then they can close the popup to turn off the sound.
