A script or program that can turn stories that are in .txt format into customizable .html files?

Something like that would be simple to do. I wrote one that pulls stories from a MySQL DB and displays them inside a template. Doing the same with a text file wouldn't be too tough.

Oh yeah you can use ASP to do that, NP. Put the text in a D-base and bingo.
