then would be my father followed up by my brother who is in a wheelchair(easy kill)

you could take him out Red Dragon style. duct tape him to the chair, set him on fire, and roll him into the police station.

or I could stuff his legless torso with a large amount of explosives with a remote detonator, wheel him into a police station and run out, while the cops are still trying to figure out what the fuck just happened, blow him the fuck up and kill alot of douche bag cops.
