The period effects decision making. There will never be a woman president. What do you think?

"Women have a regular (monthly) hormone cycle. In the first half of the menstrual cycle the hormone estrogen causes the mucous membrane of the uterus to grow and thicken in order to prepare the body for the potential implantation of a fertilized egg cell (ovulation occurs in the middle of the cycle in response to a hormone of the pituitary gland).
