I just woke up after only about four hours sleep with an unconquerable desire to check-in with GFY. This is either evidence of the subjective nature of 'time' at tradeshows, or an unhealthy addiction to GFY... you bastards! :winkwink:

I just want to be one of the first to chime in and say - BRAVO for a fabulous get-together at the GFY warm-up party! First-off, (for you, KB and Darren...) it was in the ballroom you threw the Players Ball a few years ago... so, very fond memories of great (and missed) times gone by! Also, honestly, I was a little nervous at first about this event happening in a ballroom... as opposed to, say, that fabulous boat of past... but you know what? It was fabulous!!! ... What a FANTASTIC crowd! Truly! You couldn't have asked for a better (which may be subjective, too, but I challenge anyone to disagree...) group of friends, associates and colourful characters in one room! A true testament to the the power of the ... community? ... soap opera...? ... whatever we perceive it as... I say, POWER of GFY! I'm hard-pressed to think of anyone who was 'missing' from this Powerhouse of Personality! It was a true and genuine pleasure to see and spend some valued time with (all too briefly of course) so many of you incredibly colourful characters!

Big thanks and appreciation to Eric and crew, and all the sponsors!

It was a great time. Everyone that I met last night, please reintroduce yourself today. The free drinks kicked my ass.
Also, contrary to what I may have been telling the ladies last night I am, in fact, NOT the crown prince of Holland. Just thought I should clear that up. :)
