Preferred Plug-in Technology?
 

Hi,

For those of you using various 'plug-ins' for feeding content to/through your sites (visitor and/or member areas), what technical format do you use/prefer?

eg. Proxy Passthru (Mod Rewrite), subdomain off your site with IP redirect, ??

I was going to post this question in the tech area, but it's more of a B2B consumer question than tech.
