Damn hard decisions... pic!

Trying to decide to take the plunge on this house. Would be my first house that I would own. What you guys think of the front here?

What's around it? If there's a dump on the right there, then I'd back out. Also, where are the trees?

tungsten 08-03-2005 10:53 PM

i like the architecture

Sosa 08-03-2005 10:56 PM

it is brand new. to the right is another new property. Landscaping is done to it. All new places will be going up right across the street in 2 years also. Same guy owns all the lots there.

tony286 08-03-2005 10:56 PM

go for it , a house is a great thing to own

pornguy 08-03-2005 10:58 PM

Nice looking place. How will you pay for it if VISA pulls the plug tomorrow?? If you got the money jump on it.

I like a large front yard myself, landscaping trees and holiday decorations.
If you're really in Nebraska those steps to the front door will be a bitch in the winter and I don't like the idea of my vehicles being under my house, because of rising fumes or a fire.

Other than that,,,,, looks OK.

PixeLs 08-04-2005 02:00 AM

If you are just sking about our opinion on how it looks like then I say it's far better than those middle class houses you see nowadays.

naugthygUrL 08-04-2005 02:03 AM

much better if you put some plants and flower in front of it.

Miss Vlasta 08-04-2005 02:11 AM

I donīt really like the architecture, but looks comfortable. :thumbsup

je_rome 08-04-2005 02:16 AM

if i were you i'd go for it. it is so spacious! i mean, the ambiance around it is very refreshing.

NaughtyRob 08-04-2005 02:20 AM

Looks big. Go for it.

Vitasoy 08-04-2005 02:25 AM

Looks pretty big, but we need to see the inside.

reed_4 08-04-2005 03:54 AM

the house looks neat.

Digibucks 08-04-2005 05:35 AM

the architecture is nice...but i agree, there are no trees around, looks boring!

wedouglas 08-04-2005 07:36 AM

Need trees and lawn. I'm not down with the desolate look.

Sosa 08-04-2005 10:04 AM

of course the landscaping would be done. The house isn't actually finished all the way yet.

foolio 08-04-2005 10:07 AM

looks nice - but I am not a fan of the cars under the house myself.

Downtime 08-04-2005 10:09 AM

looks pretty decent, what's the asking price tag on 'er?

Scott McD 08-04-2005 10:10 AM

Looks the shiznit !! Go for it !! :thumbsup

230k is what they are asking. Not sure if I want to invest that much into my own property right now, or put the money into different investments that will bring in monthly income.

Doc911 08-04-2005 10:37 AM

absolutely no front yard, no trees and no appeal. shop around. new houses are great but you might find an older one with a little more umf. or a new one with better property.

ya the cost of living is a lot cheaper here.

Dalai lama 08-04-2005 12:02 PM

It looks quite big. and for only 230k its a easy choice.

woj 08-04-2005 12:27 PM

looks like a nice place :thumbsup

Sosa 08-04-2005 12:42 PM

a few things I have to decide on his, this is the first actual new house in the past few years in this town. Nothing new goes up here at all. The guy that put this one up, has plans for 25 more houses in the same area but that won't be until another few years. So gotta decide if I shoudl wait until then and hopefully pick one up cheaper or just grab this one now with the rates still lower.

PixeLs 08-05-2005 03:56 AM

I think that's fair enough. besides that value keeps on growing right?
