I would not suggest any of my clients put up any ads or paid gallery spots without $$ up front . . . unless I totally missed your point/question.

Easiest way probably is to change the iframe code so that it's only showing the top 20 pixels.

Since there's so many webmasters with differing streams and kinds of traffic, I don't think the pay up front model will apply across the board. Maybe only for certain tried and true traffic providers/site owners.

I don't think i have ever paid for an ad after it was run, i always pay up front

did I miss something? who lets you pay later?

Everyone want to make a buck. Even TGPs asking for submit money nowadays.
