Ccbill admin area slow for anyone else?

For the past two days the admin area has been absolutely brutally slow. We've been encountering numerous errors, time outs and been unable to manually add usernames and passwords. I've emailed ccbill over and over about this and they claim everything is fine.

Is there anybody else out there experiencing the same thing?

I always get an error when looking at trackers for some reason.
Everything else seems to be working ok though.

They are so damn slow here. It's driving me nuts. I should videotape this and show them. 3 minutes just to log in.

My secondary processor is outselling ccbill again. ARGH. Switching to paycom as the primary.

Figures. I back ccbill up last week and now they start sucking ass and are telling me everything is ok.

Does anybody else even login to ccbill admin? I'm guessing majority of gfyers don't give a shit about their members and probably have never even logged in to the ccbill admin area.

Funny thing, last week ccbill had an expiration problem. They went 4 days without deleting expired members. It affected all their clients and yet no clients noticed and no ccbill staff noticed until I complained about 5 times about it. They still fought me on it until i start listing all the members that hadn't been deleted, then they caught on. I seriously get the feeling I'm the only one who notices this shit.

Ccbill sucks... lots of errors, bugs and when I report them they ask me nicely to reproduce it :)

Shap,

We are aware of and working on the issue, my understanding is that affects certain reports when certain databases are being hit hard. Expect it to be resolved shortly

Please accept my apology if you feel that you were not listened to, can you forward me the emails so that I can trace what happened?

[email protected]

thanks

Thanks Mark. I would have hit you up on icq except I didn't log on to icq today.
