PLAYERS BALL sponsorships for VEGAS - All sizes - January
 

Last year we sold out of the bigger sponsorships right away.

Here are a few reasons to join the Players Ball sponsorship line up.


1) We're the biggest and long running adult webmaster party/event of all time.

2) We have incredible turn outs at our events, we can fill up any size room. We've had an average attendance of 2000 to 4500 webmasters at every January Players Ball since 1999.

3) We give our sponsors SEVERAL months of promotion, not just a night of promotion. No other event has the hype and promotion of the Players Ball. You get chat board hype, live radio show hype (D$ show returning soon), links on site for several months, props on the mic during the event and much more.

4) You get "Player Codes" to give to your top business clients and potential clients. These codes are each good for a pass to the Players Ball. All you have to do is send an email with this code, they register online and we take care of giving them their passes in Vegas. I guarantee the Players Ball will once again be THE hottest ticket in Vegas.

5) We can custom make a sponsorship based on your budget with a starting price of $500. You are guaranteed at least 2 passes to the event and you will receive extra sponsorship exposure for that price.

6) I guarantee you a HUGE name artist will perform, this takes the event over the top.

7) With much confusion over the infiltration of surfers walking amongst the business to business atmosphere, we will remain a webmaster party.

I'm targeting January 7th 2006 as the date for the Players Ball, doors open around 10:00 pm.

Depending on a few factors, it could also be on the 5th or 6th, but the targeted date is the 7th.

Our first MAIN sponsor is http://affiliates.ANYwebcam.com, only 2 main sponsorship remain. The we will have around 5 other big sponsorships available (2nd Level Main Sponsorships).

Last year we had the best sponsorship line up ever, I hope we see the same types of sponsors this year. Variety is the key.

Venue and artists will be announced soon.

Look for a major announcement very soon about the main artist we're securing.

It's also a possibility to throw the Players Ball during the day on the 7th.

Looking into a few things, will make a decision soon.
