Scandinavia has high taxes, and instead of putting the money into something more productive, like into education in cooperation with private companies, they just pay it out as welfare money. They come without any skills, but potential. If that potential is wasted, then nothing happens, and you have foreigners without jobs. And it leads to more crime. Its universial, not individual, so the only ones to blame (mostly) are those who can do something about it: politicians.

What difference does it make whether it is legal or not? We were talking about personal choices, and whether you can be blameless for them. Throwing rocks at people and medical personel on calls isn't legal either, but you sure enjoyed dismissing any guilt question there - in your first post - if you recall. " Just lost kids" ~Dirty Einstein, 2005.
But using your logic then, if my lawful inaction were to not feed my fish, I could rightly blame the politicians for their deaths, and be sure to have your mighty intellectual support while doing it. Cruelty to animals is also a "society problem", fulfilling your condition number two of when it is alright to blame white politicians for your own worthless choices.
Your label of unemployment as a society problem (thank you, Captain Obvious) doesn't change the fact that it comes down to personal choices. 90% unemployment, remember? Most of your white-hating buddies could have chosen to take grunt jobs, or to create businesses for and with the considerable muslim market everywhere around them, but they didn't and they don't.
In any case, do you want to know what I think about this discussion and about you? I think that you know that the only way to be politically correct is to always find something white to blame, regardless of what the problem is and who is causing it per common sense. Black riot: white provocation. AIDS: evil white scientists. Third world poverty: white countries not willing to give them trade advantages for being non-white. Non-white racism: white oppression. African oppression of whites: white farmers being too smug about the juicyness of their crops. Non-white school performance, lack thereof: grading techniques created by whites, for whites. Exuberant crime: discriminating white employment practices. And so on. Sounding familiar, yes?
