but one thing I've found is that
when unique visitors click on the links to them
they didn't increase the statsor increase them at a very low rate...

PPC programs only count second-page uniques to prevent cheaters, so visitors have to click on your ref link + an "enter" link to be counted. Most (all?) per-click programs have real-time stats so if you're actually sending unique clicks they should show up immediately.

Of course, clicking your own link more than once will not be counted as a unique and will probably just get your account flagged for cheating...

are you talking about your own outclick stats? if so, you must remember, all click programs are second page click, so if your traffic iis "too blind" it's most likely not even making it to the second page to "count"...
