Here Are 2 Cool Things About Internext In Miami, Maybe Everyone Forgot About

Free Wireless Internet Access
This year, Internext Summer features complimentary wireless Internet access throughout The Diplomat Resort, including all meeting and function space, the feature pavilion (exhibit hall), restaurants and the pool area. You?ll never be out of touch - analyze your stats while lounging at the pool or log on and check your email ? it?s all just a click away!

Complimentary Breakfast & Lunch
Take advantage of Internext?s Complimentary Breakfast and Lunch that will be offered in the Convention Center each day of the show. Avoid lines at the café and stay close the action of the show floor and the seminar sessions.

Ok I know we are all bitching about the passes and the prices but when you add these 2 things up.

Breakfast and Lunch $40 a day x 3 days = $120
Free Internet Access $20 a day x 3 days = $60

So that is at least $180 worth of value right there, it makes swallowing the $300 pass a bit more bareable ;)

Keep in mind that last year you had "free wireless highspeed access" too - it was charge to your room bill as:
Additional Charges
RESORT CHARGE 16.0 USD Per Room Per Night NOT In The Rate

Which BTW - is in this years rates too - so youre still paying for it.

And after many conventions (not in the adult biz) I doubt you will find that the crescent rolls and doughnuts/juice for breakfast and bologna sandwiches for lunch are really worth that $40 :1orglaugh

I always thought Webmaster Access had pretty good meals, as did the Phoenix Forum. Heh, much better than I eat at home. I'm sure AVN will put together some good meals.

tungsten 08-01-2005 01:32 PM

are you saying internet access costs $600/mo?

After Shock Media 08-01-2005 01:33 PM

oh someone that is attending must post what they do serve.
also did avn do any checking to see how many kosher meals they may need or whatnot, or are they just assuming everyone can eat everything and if not fuck you.

At every other show that has served meals there was always a large selection of food, several different entrees. Tons of food.

If AVN does the same, everyone should be satisfied. If they don't, bitch away.

I have to say that the food at Cybernet Expo seemed to be sorely lacking when compared to Phoenix Forum

Umm... what if you actually live near it and don't need those things?

$300 for what then?
