Instead of the dog shitting it should be a picture of a person. Those fuckers shit and piss everywhere on the street. Was there for carnivale this year and was quite taken back by the way people would just drop their dacks and have a shit on the sidewalk. Even in the bigger cities ie Rio.

This had to be a rare deal. I was going almost every month to Rio, and I have never seen this.

Yeah, I must say I've never seen something like that... but pissing in the street is quite normal. I say this 'cause I never gone abroad and don't know how it is in every other country, but here, specially in carnival where there's plenty beer for everyone, people piss whenever they need.
