This is offcially a dictatorship
http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/08/...ent/index.html
Bush appoint Bolton, bypassing the senate, this is basically his way of saying to the senate "fuck you, I'll appoint whoever I want". This is bad. Very bad. |
Tell that to the fuckers who voted for him.
|
You are a traitor ... or a terrorist...
You are either with him or a thug terrorist scum bag.... |
Welcome to the "Fuck the Rules tour '04"

Cronyism (sp?) at it's best.
|
Yeah it's awesome.
|
That's interesting.... Clinton only did this 140 times during his term..... I guess that he is the original Nazi huh?
I mean, no offense, but how old are you people? This happens ALL THE TIME> You guys are such suckers for the media. CLINTON DID IT 140 TIMES FOR GOD'S SAKE. IT'S NO BIG DEAL. Don't get fooled by the hype :helpme |

In fact, there are limits placed for just such an eventuality that limit his time in office to the next congressional election....so he will be there less than two years. |
It's just like the stem cell issue. People somehow think that Bush has made it illegal to do the research, when in fact there are NO federal laws forbidding it, and in fact this is the first administration to fund it AT ALL.
He has placed limits on federal FUNDING of embryonic stem cell research, but there is full funding for adult stem cell research, and there is NO restriction on private embryonic stem cell research. When you listen to the media hype, however, it seems as if he has forbidden it altogether. People just don't seem to place close attention..... YOU must agree with me on that Directfiesta |
For all the retards who don't know anything about history, A Look at Presidential Recess Appointments .
...President Bush: 106 recess appointments, including Bolton, mostly to minor posts. President Clinton: 140 recess appointments over two terms. Now shut the fuck up and go back to work :2 cents: |

Recess appointments are very common and hardly signal the end of the Republic. Bolton would have easily been approved by the Senate if the Democrats had not filibustered his nomination and not allowed a vote. Both are inside the beltway hardball and part of the system. Hardly earth shattering news in any way. :2 cents:
|
I don't have a problem with a recess appointments.
It's John Bolton here that is the problem. |

No one is concerned when Bush says he be fine with a dictatorship as long as he was the dictator? LOL

Bush STOLE the election in Ohio and elsewhere
I still don't know why people think he won. Remember, the results were challenged! Since Kerry is a fellow Bonesman, the whole election was like wrestling.
And for those of you who don't know, wrestling is fake! |
