At least i figure thats why they are holding it in a hotel charging 1k a night for a room between the 5th and 8th of January.

Business must be bad for you if you have to keep harping on about a measly $500 :1orglaugh Regards, Lee |

it's not a matter of money incase you can't realize, it's the principle initially you said you understood the concept but now I doubt it very much |
That hotel sucks ass. And once again, they will allow the gemeral public in without telling them about the convention.

I would think the whole idea for a affiliate program to go to a convention like this would be to get new affiliates and pamper the ones they already have. Other than partying, whats the real point for a program to send people to rep them? Affiliates... Seems their isn't much room in AVN's plans for the common day affiliate, maybe the program owners should think about that. |

Oh wait a minute.. That wouldnt quite work, everyone selling and no one buying, scrap that idea :1orglaugh Regards, Lee |
Crockett,
Would you be interested in putting something together in the Daytona / Central Florida area out of curiosity? Been looking at options for the last few months and its entirely realistic to do, even the Daytona Convention Center isnt that expensive to hire out for a weekend :) Regards, Lee |
why don't you just not pay your hotel bill lee?
isn't that the way you do business? |
You know, the Mandalay Bay was great and all last year, but I found the best hotel of my stay (after the show was over, I stayed few days vacation) as also the cheapest.
The stratosphere in Old Strip had a great mall, a small amusement park on the roof, an awesome "get drunk and party" kinda bar in The Crazy Armadillo, the world-class "Top of the World" revolving restaurant, and finally I saw a cool topless vampire chick show. All that for less than $100 a night :upsidedow I'd never pay $1000+ a night for a room just because it's fancy. Wow, I really want to pay more to stay somewhere where everything including the food is probably overpriced too. I'm sure many show attendees won't stay there though but will still attend the show, but still I wonder why AVN isn't staying at the Bay? |
