If I am horny and I click on the "instant access" link, I don't want to fill out SHIT or even SEE a form asking me for my name and other info BEFORE you show me the fucking PRICE!!!....That's the FIRST thing I want to see.

They do it that way to artificially manipulate join page conversion ratios.

TCG and many others have removed prices from their pre-join form pages for exactly that reason.

Or maybe, to capture an email address to spam members who don't sign up with other sites and programs ?

Yup, thats always been my take on it, they get the info even if the surfer bails at the join page

i'd imagine they also like the email addresses they collect from those who enter the initial info but not actually join when they get to the billing info and price...
