i know a lot of it comes to an email that i used to sign up to amateur match, when i was checking out their site to see if i wanted to promote them. which i didnt because of too many fake profiles.

It is either a (former?) sponsor sending these or a sponsor sold webmaster e-mails. I have only used the address for sponsors and occasionally the subject line will include the username I only used for sponsors when my usual one wasn't available.

Wouldn't stop them. They send out just as many with other bullshit in the subject line. My most recent one today just has "Re:" in the subject line and then crap like this at the bottom:

I wonder how many he get's with ONLY the word "off" in the subject. I can think of a few that would go nicely with it. :thumbsup

Thunderbird by Mozilla... The spam filter is perfect.. You don't even have to adjust it, it just starts learning.

I get plenty of that shit too. They sure are persistent.

Do they come to an address you use for sponsors or another one? I fully believe it is a result of a sponsor that I likely signed up for from GFY. Would be really interesting to narrow it down...

It comes from an address I use for sponsors too. It's obvious that it's a sponsor who's doing this shit.

Someone spammed my epassporte email and the only placed I have used it is for sponsors.
So its a sponsor that offers ePassporte.
After I bitched long enough about it to PerfectGonzo so they could get me removed from the list since it was PG and dollarmachine spam, I was told the guy that did the spamming buys up every list he can get his hands on.

Thank God, I am not on his list.

Yeah I get those. As well as about 70-100 Russian shams a day. A good 20 ebay security things. Nothing makes you laugh when you check your spam folder and see 5-10 of them back to back. LOL. Also a number of bank's I've never heard of. I'd guess in junk mail to one of my main accounts, I get a good.. 100-150 sham, spam, and complete junk daily. A lot of them are sent 2-10 times a day. I get a lot more in one of my secondaries, but luckily in most e-mail clients I am using, all are dumped in the appropriate folder, and I just check to make sure no legit mail goes in there.
