Who does web board design work?
 

To make a bulletin board all fancy and shit... this would be for phpbbs and vbulletin

ive designed them both, but have no time.

Don't know any designers off hand for boards. PHPBB has lots of free skins you can download until you get something better though. Beats the shit out of that nasty version that comes with the board.

machinegunkelly does skins, with toons and stuff like that.
